Reservoir Engineer

Mission: 
Play a key role in achieving the stable, economic growth of company production, reserves and income through design and implementation of various reservoir engineering and field development projects.

Major Job Responsibilities and Activities:
Authority as delegated by VP of Engineering

Primary Function:

1. Perform reservoir engineering duties associated with development and growth of reserves.
2. Plan and coordinate development activity on properties. 
3. Prepare technical and financial evaluations for new drills and other related engineering projects. 
4. Assist in the quarterly and annual reserve updates and evaluations. 
5. Assist in property acquisition and divestment evaluations as required.
6. Perform reservoir engineering studies where appropriate to maximize well recoveries and grow company reserves.
7. Run post drill evaluations and economics for all major capital projects.

Take an active role in the development of company policies and procedures.  Take an active leadership role in conveying company goals, policies and expectations to other employees.  Make suggestions to fellow employees and management to maintain the most cost efficient operations possible.  Encourage other employees to do the same.
